You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the MANPOWER PLANS and POLICY DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will formulate, develop, and implement long range plans, policies and objectives for increasing the Marine Corps progress towards equal opportunity, to include sexual harassment prevention.
You will develop, plan and administer implanting instructions and directives on the equal opportunity policies and programs for the U.S> Marine Corps.
You will represent the Marine Corps with regard to equal opportunity issue and programs at meetings and conference internal and external to the Marine Corps.
You will administer and supervise the day-to-day function of the branch.
You will review and evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing a wide range of military personnel management programs and functions and provide management consultant service involving the full spectrum of military human resources functions. As well as reviewing and analyzing new or proposed military Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines regulations on all aspects of the equal opportunity program and the goals and the objectives of the Marine Corps
