About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Combat Service and Combat Services Support Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Directorate. Duties

Serves as an expert logistical data and systems analyst and advisor to the Division Chief, responsible for providing analysis of the organization utilizing automated and quantitative methods. Advises the Division Chief with regard to achieving increased effectiveness of operations through the optimum effective planning, budgeting, and utilization of personnel and financial resources. Assists leadership in matters pertaining to administrative services and personnel management functions. Manages internal operating budgets. Works closely with the employees of the Business Management Directorate, Readiness and Sustainment Directorates, and the CS/CSS Program Office staff to ensure that the organization successfully implements new techniques and technologies. Ensures that the organization's requirements for training, money, and personnel are effectively communicated to the Business Management Directorate and ensures the organization's requirements are effectively evaluated and presented to management. Serve as a facilitator for the organization to set goals and objectives, develop strategies, evaluate customer needs, re-engineer team processes, evaluate customer satisfaction and team performance to improve team performance and meet customer needs. Performs special projects and studies to include examination and analysis of potential logistical problems and recommendations for testing and improving procedures, programs, and/or systems as they relate to the mission of the organization.
