Duties
Evaluate maintenance planning, scheduling and coordination of customer service and support organization related to the operation of maintenance, repair, and improvement of real property facilities.
You will serve as the Facilities Operation section project manager in the development and generation of project candidates for the annual local SRM (Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization).
You will be directly involved in the planning and decision making process for the prioritization in allocations in SRM funding.
You will perform special project assignments for the heads of the Facilities Operation section
You will monitor ROICC pre-final and final inspection results for completed new construction and renovation projects.
You will review proposed public Works project designs and submittals for complexity of specifications and for project milestones.
You will be responsible for the preparation, modification, update and renewals of the annual maintenance and repair backlog report to the Facilities Operation section.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to understand contract procurement, acquisition strategies, program management and budget development.
