You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the JAG CONSOLIDATED ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS OFFICE of NLSC.
Duties
You will perform functions, special projects, and management analysis associated with the travel program..
You will be the subject matter expert for processes and policies, guarding against misuse and fraud by ensuring proper use of the purchase card through approval of purchases and certification of monthly invites for payment.
You will plan, assign, review, accept, amend of reject work efforts of the team to ensure optimum resource utilization.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) for the Defense Travel System (DTS) maintaining traveler profile information, receiving and detaching traveler/user profiles, providing guidance on Navy travel policy and allowances, and reporting systematic DTS travel problems to the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA); 2) Performing as the assistant Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program to analyze individual charge card activity to identify potential abuse and/or non-official use; and 3) Planning, assigning, reviewing, accepting, amending or rejecting work efforts of subordinates to ensure optimum resource utilization.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
OR
