You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.
You will conduct program compliance surveillances.
You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.
You will collect, review, evaluate, analyze and categorize Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports data.
You will prepare and issue a weekly; quarterly, and yearly assessment report for all established programs.
You will act as an advocate for department programs and implement policies established by higher levels.

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program performance data to investigate trends and non-compliance issues for the development of reports, charts or graphs.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree,
OR;
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree,

Successful completion of LL.M., if related
