You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Operating Funds Management Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will submit and review all Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) for personnel actions to include recruitments, Recruit Fill Checklists, reassignments, transfers, resignations, establishment of new positions, promotions, etc.
You will review all NAVSUP WSS Staffing and Organizational change requests with the Position Management Team to ensure the recommendations are within sound organizational and grade structure guidelines
You will serve as the NAVSUP WSS subject matter expert in Project Systems (PS) within NAVY ERP.
You will provide advice, recommendations and information in the areas of NAVSUP WSS specific manpower requirements to all levels of NAVSUP WSS management.
Requirements

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, evaluative, and resource analysis for an organization. I have a mastery knowledge of supporting NAVSUP WSS IN staffing, position management and Comptroller labor budget execution.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties:
1. Gathering and ensuring proper completion and submission of all required supporting documentation in accordance with the current NAVSUP Hiring Order;
2. Providing advice, recommendations, and information in the areas of NAVSUP WSS specific
manpower requirements to all levels of NAVSUP WSS management;
3. Processing, tracking, and ensuring data integrity for all Product & Services plan updates in the NAVSUP HQ Financial Management Tool (FMT);
4. Inputting actions into NAVSUP Human Resources Office (HRO) Action Tracker for review and creation of the appropriate RPA and keeps management apprised of changes and updates regarding personnel actions as appropriate.
