About the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMCs mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as a Financial Management Analyst located at Rock lsland Arsenal.

Duties

Leads, tracks, and reports Joint Munitions Command's Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) program. Prepares responses to inspection or assessment findings and implements recommendations. Ensures key process internal controls are reflected and synchronized with Joint Munition Command's Financial Statement Audit efforts and the Command Inspection Program (CIP). Reviews key and essential functions to develop and track internal controls to ensure the programs are mission ready and compliant.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
• This is a Financial Management Level 2 position. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of Army requirement of this certification program.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. GS-12 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1.
