The primary purpose of this position is to test and evaluate state-of-the-art weapon systems and cyberspace capabilities, provide quality installation and mission support, and serve as responsible stewards of our resources to deliver war-winning capabilities.
Duties
Manages the Air Armament Center Support Agreement Program.
Ensures appropriate resources are allocated in Support Agreements.
Integrates and advises on AAC Site Surveys and Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) efforts to include visits and plans.
Manages Support Agreement database.

Qualifications
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, General Schedule Qualification Standards (opm.gov). Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower grade NH-02, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience possesses an operational understanding of organizational goals and priorities and fully complies with administrative policies, regulations and procedures when performing job operations. Works with customers to develop a mutual understanding of their requirements. NOTE: Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.
FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the NH-02 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the NH-03 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of AAC and associate units to plan, schedule and execute Agreements, Site Surveys, Memorandum of Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Eglin Plans, and long range planning.
Knowledge of numerous procedures applicable to the proper execution of agreements and the effect of agreements upon expenditures of base resources to establish new ones and to effectively review those that currently exist.
Knowledge of security procedures and the handling of sensitive information associated with applicable staff functions.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with all levels of installation personnel, as well as representatives from higher headquarters and other agencies.
Skill in applying analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of functional effectiveness and efficiency.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
