Analyzes, develops and evaluates plan, goals, and objectives for EEO programs (Diversity & Inclusion, Equal Opportunity, and Affirmative Employment) for strategic planning and long-range implementation of installation-wide programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidance, and that installation needs are met.
Leads the Affirmative Employment Program in managing the Installation Barrier Analysis Working Group (IBAWG), chaired by 96 TW leadership.
Develops, implements, and monitors EO policies for the 96 TW to effectively communicate the policies to all assigned employees/managers and applicable tenants (civilian and military).
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) prescribed “Unscheduled Telework.
- Travel Requirements, Up to 25% Travel possible

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for Miscellaneous Administrations and Program Series 0301 positions located here.
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-13 or equivalent in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is described as: Analyzing, developing and evaluating plans, goals and objectives for EEO (Diversity & Inclusion, Equal Opportunity, and Affirmative Employment) for strategic planning and long-range implementation of installation-wide programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidance, and that installation needs are met.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of pertinent DoD, Air Force, MAJCOM, federal law, executive orders, and local directives pertaining to EEO programs.
Knowledge and practical understanding of organizational and human relations behavior.
Ability to recognize and analyze complex analytical problems, conduct research, draw conclusions, summarize results, and make or recommend sound decisions.
Skill in planning, organizing, collaborating, an effectively leading or chairing committees, working groups, and teams.
