This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization, Mission Support Services, Eastern Service Area, Planning and Requirements Group (PRG), NAS Planning Team (NPT) (AJV-E330). The NPT Team serves as geographical/functional and regional focal point for NAS Implementation Planning and integration analysis.
Duties
This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization, Mission Support Services, Eastern Service Area, Planning and Requirements Group (PRG), NAS Planning Team (NPT) (AJV-E330). The PRG group is responsible for providing integrated planning, requirements management, and program implementation management support to assist Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Service Units, and other FAA organizations as requested, with implementing and managing ATO services and infrastructure within the Service Areas. The NPT Team serves as geographical/functional and regional focal point for NAS Implementation Planning and integration analysis.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I , FG/GS -13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is:Experience applying advance technical knowledge of NAS facilities and conducting NAS infrastructure assessments.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
