Serves as the Senior Advisor to the ATO Service Center Director. Responsible for coordinating with external Service Center customers and providing recommendations to the Service Center Director.

Duties

Advises the Service Center Management on a variety of program management issues that are sensitive or have significant impact on the Service Area. Conducts studies and participates on national and Service Area projects in making policy or procedural changes which have operational impact on the ATO Service Center mission.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J / FG/GS-14. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Experience with coordinating, overseeing, monitoring or participating in strategic planning processes and/or performance measurement processes; providing guidance, advice and professional support on program management issues; coordinating with internal and external customers, and knowledge of the National Airspace (NAS) programs and facilities.Applicants should provide examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
