As a Portfolio Manager, you will perform complex, sensitive, high-level work characterized by an exceptional degree of difficulty and responsibility within the area of portfolio financial analysis and performance.
Location of position: GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement Division, in Region 8.
We are currently filling one vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $135,860 per year.
To qualify at the GS-14: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing strategic and tactical direction to portfolio management program areas, including capital investment and all aspects of regional portfolio planning and metrics. This experience must include interpreting and providing guidance on portfolio management policies; overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of asset management programs; and providing recommendations and solutions to senior managers on issues related to real estate portfolio management, asset business strategies, capital allocation and portfolio analysis.
