As a Business Center Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of an assigned area, asset management of properties within the assigned area, billing management and accuracy, enhancement and generation of revenue, property management, customer satisfaction, and community relations. Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Facilities Management, Lakewood, CO. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience managing, coordinating and advising multi-disciplinary teams that perform technical and professional work in a commercial real estate operation. Such experience must demonstrate knowledge and experience in the asset management of properties; lease acquisition and administration; enhancement and generation of revenue; real property management and safety; customer relationship management and community relations.
