About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the ILSC, Supply Chain Integration Directorate, Supply Sustainment Support Directorate.
Duties
Serve as the single Command focal point for the assignment of TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) (cont)
Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC)/Routine Identification Code (RIC) /Project Code (PROJ CD)/ Derivative Unit Identification Code (DUIC) s.
Research, analyze, interpret and implement policies and guidelines relative to the DoDAAC/RIC/PROJ CD/DUICs program.
Coordinate with the Force Management Office (G8) on all DUIC requests and the processing of new DoDAAC requests, changing Tactical Activity Code (TAC ) 1 and/or TAC 2 data, (cont)
monitoring DoDAAC expiration dates, extending DoDAAC expiration dates, deleting DoDAACs and fielding all DoDAAC related questions.
Coordinate with AMC and DA counterparts in the force management structure arena to validate DoDAAC/RIC/PROJ CD/DUICs needs and statements.
Interface with Item Managers, PEOs, PMs, and other customers to educate and assist them in the proper establishment of DoDAAC/RIC/PROJ CD/DUICs.
Resolve issues, clarifies, plans, and develops existing policies to resolve complex problems, and provides guidance to all pertinent customers relative to the establishment of new UICs, DODAACs, and RICs.
Serve as the process PEO/PM Project leader responsible for coordinating DoDAAC/RIC/PROJ CD/DUICs program requirements with PEO/PM personnel.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing, coordinating or overseeing validation of transactional data; supply support for life cycle logistics and to Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools; leading projects in coordination with Program Executive Office (PEO)/Program Manager (PM); and demand and supply planning within automated logistics systems such as Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) or Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
