You will serve as a ??????Supervisory IT Specialist (Customer Service) of NLSC.

Duties

You will analyze the effectiveness of the organization in its ability to deliver products and services and recommend processes to improve service and product delivery to IT management. You will command a team through the execution of extensive operational, tactical, and strategic activities in a fast-paced environment encompassing personnel located through multiple world-wide sectors. You will provide training to other members in the concepts and practices of end user customer support, desktop administration and troubleshooting/repair if end user hardware and software malfunctions. You will prepare and present reports and develop and maintain metrics on end user support

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a thorough competence and command in applying customer support/service management and IT infrastructure Library Concepts, methods and procedures to preside over Incident Management, Request fulfillment, and problem management principles and solutions. Examples of specialzied experience include: 1) Analyze the effectiveness of the organization in its ability to deliver products and services and recommend processes to improve service and product delivery to IT management; 2) Command a team through the execution of extensive operational, tactical, and strategic activities in a fast-paced environment encompassing personnel located through multiple world-wide sectors; 3) Prepare and present reports and develop and maintain metrics on end user support; and 4) Provide training to other members in the concepts and practices of end user customer support, desktop administration and troubleshooting/repair if end user hardware and software malfunctions.
