You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Maritime Analysis Division under the Maritime Customer Operations Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as subject matter expert for the Re-Engineered Maritime Allowance Development (ReMAD) and Readiness Suite (RS) programs.
You will actively lead research and development to identify new initiatives, concepts, studies, practices, techniques and systems designed to enhance current configuration and allowance processes.
You will prepare and present various budget submissions to support changes to allowance strategies, need for contractor support services, and new initiative developments.
You will participate in, direct and manage government and contractor team members to develop, test and deliver required supply chain management functionality for the Navy ERP Program
You will plan, balance, and provide oversight on workload, set priorities, develop testing schedules, coordinate and/or direct group efforts, provide guidance and assistance as necessary to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
You will serve as the Department's coordinator for implementation and maintenance of Allowance programs as well as issues relating to overall data file quality.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; developing, analyzing, interpreting and evaluating directives relative to ReMAD,RS, ERP, configuration data management programs, and allowance computation programs to determine the impact on current policies, programs, and procedures. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Utilizing Statistical Analytical Software (SAS) and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to support supply chain management, weapon system supportability, and allowancing process/models;
2. Analyzing computational models for Maritime Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) and Demand Based Allowances;
3. Preparing and presenting various budget submissions to support changes to allowance strategies;
4. Leading research and development to identify new initiatives, concepts, studies, practices, techniques, and systems designed to enhance current configuration and allowance processes; and
5. Recommending/implementing new, significant program and policy initiatives, changes, and actions.
