You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Command Services Division, Travel Branch of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.

Duties

You will adapt, change, or revise analytical methods to meet mission requirements. You will analyze business performance data to recommend improvements to program managers. You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems. You will develop written material documenting results of analyses.

Requirements

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Demonstrates experience as an APC utilizing the Charge Card Vendor's website for access to electronic data; 2) Retrieves reports and metrics and identifies misuse of member's travel card; 3) Monitors member's initial and refresher annual travel card usage training; and 4) Maintains currency of BO/AO Certifying Officer Legislative (COL) training. I have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
I have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a master's degree.
