You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Real Estate Directorate Division, Oversight & Governance Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will document results of analytical studies for manager review.
You will compile information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations.
You will recommend solutions to potential problems, identify trends and develop programs to support the mission of the Command and seven components.
You will analyze mission, function, and tasks against long term requirements to identify operational and strategic capabilities.
You will apply law, policies, regulations, principles, standards and procedures to management and program analysis activities to include budget development, transferring funds to subordinate commands, and accepting funding documents.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies analytical methods to accurately forecast future requirements and to evaluate the content of new or modified legislation/regulations for projected impact upon Command's programs and resources; 2) Identifies and provide developmental and training needs for employees in accordance with community management plan; 3) Prepares correspondence pertaining to resources and goals, general administration matters, etc., for director or higher signature; 4) Compiles information needed to complete reports recommending improvements to program operations and; 5) Utilizing ieFACMAN and eProjects tools.
