You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Acquisition Support LIne of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will provide operating support and oversight of the Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program.
You will conduct monthly reviews of GCPC Program Audit Tool (PAT) and the consolidation Semi-Annual GCPC review for NAVFAC Atlantic.
You will facilitate development of user data, proper program documentation, assignment of bankcards, and cardholder system access, etc.
You will conduct quarterly briefings regarding the status of the program including the number of cards, spending patterns, delinquency issues, and instances of misuse, abuse or fraud.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing operational support and oversite of organization's credit card program including policy interpretation, training, procurement assistance, remediation, bill pay, tracking disputes; 2) Identifying criteria and other means to assess, investigate, or analyze a variety of unusual financial problems; 3) Performing a variety of analytical, technical, and administrative tasks related to the review of unliquidated obligations for contracts funded by in-house, reimbursable, and direct-cite funds to assist with contract closeout. **NOTE** This information must be supported by your resume in order to be considered for the position.
