You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST in the CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES (01HR) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop organization change strategies and assists with the overall Human Capital strategy development and implementation.
You will formulate and persuade others to accept and implement program objectives, policies, and procedures while keeping in concert with the other HR management functions.
You will advise on the position classification program including position management considerations to supervisors, management officials, and leadership
You will provides in-depth and technical advice and guidance to subordinate organization on all facets of classification.
You will supervise a team of HR Specialists responsible for position classification, workforce development programs, succession planning.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee and manage the human capital strategic goals and objectives, workforce planning, position classification, position management, compensation, and automated Human Resources (HR) systems, HR metrics for a highly specialized command.
