Duties
As a Supervisory Engineering Technician you will:
Oversee the Asset Management of software tools, modules, and application development of a computerized maintenance management system within a Central Utility Plant
Coordinate across organizational lines to develop workflows for central utility plant systems
Manage an extensive maintenance schedule of the utilities generation systems with a central utility plant
Oversee the establishment of maintenance standards for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation operations
Monitor the utilization and continued development of a computerized maintenance management system
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

Qualifications
To qualify for the Supervisory Engineering Technician GS-0802-13 position you must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks:leading or mentoring a group of technical staff in the monitoring of utility distribution facilities equipment; utilizing a computerized maintenance management system to maintain records associated with utility systems; writing utility contract documents such as scopes of work or cost estimates; and keeping records of preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
