Duties
You will troubleshoot and data analysis methods to resolve operational problems and provide customer support sufficient to receive issues/request, respond with guidance and training, and communicate resolution in a timely matter.
You will develop and maintain office-wide IT governance, policies, and standard operating procedures and recommend best practices and industry standards.
You will plan, schedule and facilitate projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the productivity of work operations by use of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
You will serve as the Knowledge Manager / SharePoint Engineer within the Corporate Operations Directorate, Navy International Programs Office.
You will manage work in support of knowledge management initiatives including Portal Content Management, SharePoint Administration and Development, Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Electronic Records Management (ERM), and Workflow Management.
You will work with stakeholders to provide insightful analysis of business needs and user requirements
You will create applications configured from out-of-the box solutions using Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) integrate with SharePoint Online.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This is a Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: Basic Level Certification
- Incumbent must complete DoD SCW Basic-level certification courses within one year.
- Incumbent must complete DoD SCW Foundational level certification requirements within one year of entering the SC position. In addition, 40 hours of continuing education (CUE) every two years.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band (NH-03) or (GS-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
-Experience understanding principles, methods, and techniques of information technology assessment, planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation to oversee and manage the overall planning, direction, and administration of a variety of IT programs.
-Experience utilizing analytical and evaluative methods plus a through understanding of how regulatory or enforcement programs are administered to select and apply appropriate program evaluation and measurement techniques to conduct analysis and evaluation of major aspects of command/activity-wide IT programs.
-Experience planning or managing the implementation, update, or integration of information systems components to provide advice and recommendations in connection with the engineering aspects of data automation to include small to large-scale computer systems and individual components.
-Experience with Microsoft 365 development tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, InfoPath, and Workflow tools.
