Duties
Responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and overall administration of a myriad of management, analysis and advisory functions in support of OPM-SANG ground systems programs and missions.
Utilizes regulations for all aspects of the ground system acquisition program to conduct studies, analyze findings, and make recommendations related to accomplishment of complex FMS program.
Brief high-level management on technical studies and new technology to resolve and/or advert current, short-, and long-term problems.
Provides leadership with objectively based information for making decisions on administrative, accounting, budget planning, manpower utilization and programmatic aspects of directorate operations and management.
Serves as an expert planner, analyst, and advisor to OPM-SANG management on FMS program cost analysis.
Studies and analyzes higher headquarters concepts, studies, forecasts, plans, and objectives to assess the impact on OPM-SANG long and short range goals, objectives, and strategic management planning.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to obtain an interim Secret clearance and obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance based on the duties and responsibilities identified.
- This position requires 20% business travel.
- Must be willing to complete a probationary period of One year if condition has not been previously met.
- Non-Key Security Cooperation (SC) position requiring DoD SC Workforce (SCW) Certification. SC Execution Support Management (AOC) Intermediate Level.
