You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Environment Safety & Helath Office (C/106) of PSNS and IMF.
Salary Range:
GS-11: $81,242 - $105,612
GS-12: $97,376 - $126,585
Duties
You will coordinate production efforts to maintain high quality control of work by providing guidance and assistance to shop management in coordinating, planning, executing, and monitoring quality control actions.
You will conduct audits and assessments of shop quality control procedures to determine the degree of compliance with established requirements.
You will anticipate problems, provide recommendations for resolution, and negotiate a course of action.
You will Provide analysis on reported metrics to determine potential improvement initiatives.
You will Provide process improvement and digital transformation support to migrate and maintain data within M365 and Flankspeed programs.
You will provide support to deficiency reporting processes and manage tracking systems.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
Qualifications
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing deficiencies of nuclear procedures and training programs by making recommendations for program operations and ensuring compliance of policies and regulations.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying deficiencies of nuclear procedures and training programs by analyzing program operations and ensuring compliance of policies and regulations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Substitution of Education for the GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M., that is related to this position being filled.
