You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the INSTALLATIONS AND LOGISTICS (I&L) DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will exercise oversight of logistics audit operations and risk management and internal control (RMIC) functions.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps and lapses in supply policy.
You will set priorities and identify logistics personnel resources needed to support numerous internal and external working groups/ integrated project teams related to enterprise ground equipment management and supply capabilities.
You will establish clearly defined and understood tasks and objectives that directly support the supply policy, advocacy and capabilities.
You will facilitate effective interaction in such a way as to ensure effective problem solving, decision making and coordination of effort in supporting the organization's mission.
You will exercise oversight of Supply programs across consumer, intermediate, and wholesale levels to include core capability, partnerships, and requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervising personnel on the execution of logistic functions (e. g. deployment and distribution of resources, property accountability, supply, maintenance, logistics services, and/or operation contract support) and managing operation resources in a military logistics planning environment.
