You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS) in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as lead specialist and primary point of contact for assigned employee relations programs and special projects
You will gather data and help evaluate the success of established programs in meeting management's needs and objectives.
You will identify key issues in negotiation/implementation of new policies.
You will assist in the review and evaluation of field activity labor, employee and performance management/awards programs and practices.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, formulating, and implementing policies in the areas of labor-management relations, employee relations, and performance management and incentive awards.
GS-12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with developing and formulating policies in the areas of labor-management relations, employee relations, and performance management and incentive awards.
