You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Administration, Directorate Maritime Headquarters of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA.

Duties

You will assist in updating the Command Suite and Maritime Headquarters SharePoint site, specifically, those modules that monitor the status of projects, taskings, and actions. You will analyze workflow, provide status reports on requested data/correspondence. You will assist the Naval Medical Force Pacific (NMFP) Training Officer in accounting for all NMFP HQ personnel training on an ongoing basis. You will assist NMFP Records Manager in defining and management of policies, establishment and review of procedures, and guidelines for Records Management program. You will Assist the senior advisor in improving forms and related procedures for automated and manually prepared forms; and eliminate or modify forms that are not cost effective. You will serve as Correspondence Point of Contact responsible for conducting analysis and research for all congressional taskers in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) tasker system. You will conduct the daily administrative operations, including preparing, receiving, sending correspondence such as letters, memos, reports and forwarding messages. You will prepare awards packages or board review, route awards for approval, track and mail awards.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or like systems; Experience utilizing formats and procedures regarding correspondence, awards, forms, reports and records, file management systems and directives with the skills to establish and maintain these systems; Experience applying forms and record management knowledge to establish local policy for developing and maintaining forms; Experience operating computer and software packages including e-mail and various Microsoft Office programs or like programs. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
