You will serve as a Deputy Activity Contracting Technical Representative (DACTR) in the ACIO/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.
Duties
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Navy-Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Contract and Customer Service.
You will provide oversight to the NMCI cost center, and coordinating NMCI projects and initiatives.
You will ensure internal processes are documented and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are developed and kept current.
You will assist n the planning, order management, issue escalation, invoice verification, and development and implementation of local business rules to support the use of the enterprise-wide contracts.
You will track all Navy NMCI service deliveries to ensure the Navy service contractor is delivering in a timely manner, and utilize the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) to review, analyze, and order IT assets.
You will assist directorates and subordinate commands to determine if IT requests can be supported by the current Navy NMCI contract and serve as the focal point for command.
You will assist with escalation and resolution of issues, and act as liaison to the IT service desk, field services, or vendors.
You will be expected to stay abreast of Federal, DoD, and Navy information systems policy and incorporate requirements changes into local policy, processes, and measurements.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 411, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
Qualifications
For the NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Consulting with a user community to resolve technical problems in support of hardware, software, network, or system access as well as provide service delivery oversight and policy interpretation for an enterprise-wide IT contract.
For the NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Consulting with a user community to resolve technical problems in support of hardware, software, network, or system access to support the use of an enterprise-wide IT contract.
