You will serve as a PMA-274 (Presidential Helicopters Program Office) VH-92 Avionics Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) in the MSG Logistics, Code AC33100 of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will provide senior-level logistics leadership to the VH-92 Avionics team within the Presidential Helicopters Program (PMA-274).
You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on how to field new Mission systems capabilities to the VH-92 fleet.
You will manage repair contract efforts in support of VH-92 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) parts (ARC-210, APX-120, ARC-244, etc.).
You will provide long term planning and roadmap Avionics Intermediate "I" Level support for PMA-274
You will develop or coordinate with other Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) Statement of Works (SOWs) in support of Mission Systems efforts for Supportability.
You will Support design reviews for Mission Systems.
You will manage Lakehurst Support Equipment needs for the VH-92A.
You will review and recommend updates for the VH-92 Planned Maintenance Induction (PMI) schedule and tasking.
You will review Technical Directives (TD’s) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP’s) for final approval
You will coordinate with HMX-1 operational squadron leadership for aircraft modifications, avionics issues, and avionics work center needs.
You will coordinate with PMA-274 and FST change management efforts that impact Mission Systems
You will manage aircraft subscription budget and SOW efforts.
You will provide requirement inputs for Program Related Logistics (PRL) budget.
You will manage the “I” level support activity.
You will provide inputs to the APN6 budget (Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM)) for avionics sparing/repair.
You will participate and monitor Readiness Control Board (RCB) activities in regard to avionics/mission system issues.
You will manage software development bench, trainer, and test bench hardware and spare part requirements."
You will coordinate with the PMA-274 closed loop supply system on spares upgrades and new parts being incorporated on the VH-92.
You will support multiple IPTs within the PMA to ensure VH-92A avionics systems remain operational and supportable.
You will manage, interface, and coordinate VH-92 Fleet Support Team (FST) Avionics department (priorities, workload, tasking, manpower)
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying all activities involved in providing needed logistical support for a major aviation system; 2) Integrating the actions required of each activity into a comprehensive logistics plan in support of or to be incorporated into overall program plans; 3) Monitoring progress in meeting the logistics plan and identify the cause and impact of delays or other problems; 4) Adjusting plans and schedules for all related actions as required by delays or changes to logistics requirements; and 5) Evaluating program plans for and provision of logistical support for feasibility, efficiency, and economy, and to develop alternatives when required.
