About the Position: Procurement Analyst position located in he Aviation and Missile Command Office, Small Business Programs. This is an Army Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L) Workforce position.

Duties

Review planning, pre-solicitation and solicitation documents, subcontracting plans, contract documents, and post-contract actions associated with ensuring conformance to small business regulatory requirements. Review procurement actions relative to small business compliance for major aviation and missile systems/programs, specialized equipment and components, complex spare parts, maintenance and overhaul, and various technical services for the Command. Search for qualified firms by actively participating in acquisition planning meetings, business opportunity meetings, clinics, etc. to ascertain what products or services are offered by contractors. Participate in the formulation of policies and procedures for implementation affecting public relations with small businesses nationwide.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • This position requires occassional travel (TDY).
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Workforce position. The employee must meet DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the duties of the position.
  • Drug Tested position.
  • This position requires you to submit a Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
