You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Production Resources Office of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will provide managers with objectively based analysis making decisions on the programmatic and administrative aspects of agency operations and management.
You will develop, analyze, evaluate, and advise on or improving the effectiveness of work methods or procedures, manpower, utilization, and distribution of work assignments.
You will perform analytical duties pertaining, but not limited to: Recruitment, Training, Productivity Improvement, Leave Administration, and Performance Management.
You will conduct studies of issues to assist management in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization's performance, procedures, and functions.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Work is mostly sedentary; however, is some walking, standing, bending, stairs, possible uneven surfaces, lifting and carrying of light items such as papers and books (which can weigh between 5-10 pounds) which can be broken down into smaller loads.
- May occasionally be required to drive a government vehicle (not exceeding 1-1/2 tons).
- Work may also include working under pressure for several hours at a time and require adapting quickly to changing assignments and priorities.
- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to analyze processes and procedures, identify issues, and develop recommendations for improving program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
