You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the AIRCRAFT DIVISION, AIR SYSTEMS GROUP, LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT, of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will provide oversight and management of all the supply support areas from provisioning, warehouse management, wholesale/retail supply management, Repair of Repairable (RoR) establishment and management.
You will evaluate the overall impact of new resource allocations, taking into consideration new or revised objectives, technical capabilities, and new acquisition strategies.
You will ensure supply support computations are reliable in requirements review board presentations, audits and reviews.
You will establish formal and informal communication networks with individuals and organizations to gather information and knowledge that will aid in maintaining or improving the supply support.
You will make formal presentations concerning supply support at review conferences.
You will review key weapon system/equipment performance indicators from available sources to uncover trends and potential problems, and monitors and coordinates actions of responsible personnel in the solution of these problems.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of Logistics Supply Support technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Planning, Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level Logistics Supply Support procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
