You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will have knowledge of ITSR, RM, Directives, and FOIA and how to analyze and use various systems to support implementation requirements.
You will research, analyze, and evaluate data in order to provide in- dept analysis to support policy guidance and evaluate program operations based on findings.
You will have knowledge of the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness requirements (FIAR) for property accountability program and analysis.
You will maintain a management information system, which ensures that the current inventory of NAVSUP BSC directives is accurate, and property identified.
You will provide technical guidance for reviews, edits, controls, and provide clearance approval of directives proposed for signature by NAVSUP BSC Executive leadership.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; providing analytical and program support for the Information Technology Service Request (ITSR), Records Management (RM), Directives/Forms, and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) programs. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Manages, develops, maintains, and monitors integrated Information Technology Service Request ( ITSR) reporting systems affecting assigned programs; 2) Performs functions to include records identification, classification, storage, retention and data system; 3) Analyzes significant trends and issues; prepares reports, statistical and narrative data for top-level presentations and briefings; 4) Develops and compiles management reports from Information Technology ( IT) systems supporting records management; make recommendations for disposal of records.
