Duties

You will review data assurance regarding information in iNFADS and GIS. You will read, analyze, and interpret information contained on DD1354 forms, building inspections, and land surveys You will verify that the information in Property Records is accurate You will be required to know the utilization of real property space requirements and usage category codes You will be required to know the utilization of excel spreadsheets, word documents, and informational databases

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Maintaining accurate files and records of property to enable submission of real property to headquarters in support of planning, budgeting, and military construction projects.
