About the Position: Incumbent will be serving as the overall program analyst for accomplishing program management functions for District-wide military, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), At-Cost, host nation funded programs, and work for other construction program.

Duties

Provide technical guidance and policy directions related to budgeting, programming, and funds management of the Engineer District's military programs. Develop and review detailed program budgets, cost estimates, and reports. Allocate and monitor Program Funds. Review obligations and expenditures maintained in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Temporary duty (TDY) travel is approximately 10%.
• Have or obtain and maintain Financial Management Level 2 Certification IAW National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d.
