Duties
You will be responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of data and IT systems for Human Resources (HR)/Human Capital (HC) business systems for ASN M/RA and the Human Resources Management (HRM) Information Technology (IT) Portfolio.
You will apply program management discipline within the Directorate and develop and implement policies, processes, architectures, analyses, systems, applications, and enabling tools needed to support for decision making and mission support.
You will lead the development and implementation of agency-wide data and IT system governance policy and guidance.
You will coordinate and conduct governance and portfolio management activities associated with oversight of HR/HC IT systems, and data to include interfacing with DON and DoD governance as required.
You will support the agile framework implementation within the agency, to include providing administrative and program management support across the solution development lifecycle.
You will collaborate with stakeholders on the execution of the governance plan, including development and implementation of IT system and data roadmaps, data quality standards, and data protection standards.
You will prepares policies and guidelines to ensure the uniform application of data and systems management principles, methods, and standard operating procedures throughout the agency.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Developing policies and processes related to Human Resource Information Technology and Data rationalization and management across both Services and the Total Force; designing, implementing, and maintaining a framework and systems of systems architecture ensuring alignment across a wide variety of potentially unique and disparate data systems/sources; developing and implementing new requirements, system / application and IT tools to support mission needs; and developing policies and enabling solutions to manage Total Force communities (e.g. Cyber, Nuclear Deterrence, STEM, Security) within existing manpower and personnel authoritative sources and new technologies in response to agency or government requirements.
