You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the in Executive Support Staff Division, Code 1101, located in Executive Support Department of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will serve as the command's central point of contact for assigned program coordination and standardization, and prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines, concerning assigned programs and initiatives. You will have full management responsibilities for assigned programs/projects, and as a lead consultant in leading/supporting improvement ideas with senior managers inside the command. You will develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and leadership systems, and their effectiveness. You will coordinate reviews, surveys, and audits as required, and ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures with internal and external stakeholders. You will communicate concepts, progress, and successes to promote broad acceptance of management systems and leadership thinking, including new methods and means, which may be controversial in nature. You will prepare point papers that facilitate a command decision or course of action. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of current execution trends, issues, and performance metrics that support decisions made by the organization's executives, governance boards, counsels, and other forums.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals).

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques and methods to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs.
