About the Position: Serve as the Program Manager who is the technical advisor on all aspects of the District planning missions. This position is located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Duties

Analyze the utilization of manpower in relation to requirements. Participate in the development and execution of the planning portion of the District Operating budget. Oversee the development of the scope, level, and degree of technical analysis to be employed in environmental and cultural studies necessary to obtain quality results within the cost and schedule. Use economical , social, environmental, archeological, and historical analysis necessary to formulate plans for feasibility , reevaluation studies and incorporation of the input of engineering, construction, operations, and real estate elements. Maintain contact with internal and external points-of-contact necessary for the receipt/or exchange of information. Develop long-range organizational plans, assign work to subordinates, and determine work schedules.
