You will serve as a SUPERVISORY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ANALYST in the RADIOLOGICAL CONTROL OFFICE, CODE 105.9, of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will advise and assist managers, supervisors, and employees on the applicability of workforce development program policies.
You will participate in the planning, coordinating, reviewing, monitoring, analyzing effectiveness, evaluating and/or improving various workforce development program activities.
You will develop and administer surveys or other data gathering techniques to measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
You will pull data to prepare and present metrics for assigned training programs.
You will monitor assignments and workload, provide assistance to solve problems, answer questions, provide feedback, and provide On-the-Job training.
Requirements
- Work may be performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions to problems in workforce development, administrative procedures or work processes, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future workforce.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR

OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
