You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Corporate Operations Department, Enterprise Resource Planning Division of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.

Duties

You will be responsible for measuring, tracking, monitoring and reports on business processes to provide recommendations for operational goals, changes and improvements. You will monitor changes and analyze data to the fleet logistics policy to ensure compliance with command business performance. You will conduct perform management studies and surveys across command organization lines. You will communicate complex information across various audiences from peers to senior leadership. You will coordinate and provide customer support to those requiring assistance with Corporate Operations Division related products and services.

Requirements

  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating program data and developing studies to identify information and recommend improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of program allocations. For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and gathering program data to provide information for identifying recommendations to improve the efficiency of program allocations. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Substitution of education for GS-11:

Completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)
~OR~
LL.M., if related (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)
