About the Position: Incumbent will serve as Contact Representative at Evans Army Community Health at Fort Carson, CO.

Duties

Ensures health benefit information is available for beneficiaries and serves as beneficiary advocate and problem-solver providing dedicated service to Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries. Assist beneficiaries in determining the validity of collection agent claims/negative credit reports received for debts incurred as a result of medical/dental care under the TRICARE Progra As the subject matter expert the employee plans, executes and processes claims for the Medical Center.

Responding to healthcare requests and/or inquires using medical terminology and processes. Specialized knowledge of principles and practices relating to the entire military health care delivery system to include TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, Other Health Insurance (OHI), Uniformed Services Health Benefits Program (USHBP), CHAMPUS, DEERS, Dependent Dental Plan, Continued Health Care Benefits Program and Supplemental Health Care Program. In depth experience with TRICARE Claims process and ability to resolve unpaid claims issues.
