You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Systems Acquisition Group, Program Management Department, Tactical Air Systems Division PEO(T) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will be responsible for planning, development, coordinating and staffing of all the Aquisition documentations to include acquisition strategy, acquisition baseline, acquisition plan, logistics planning, and/or training plans.
You will establish and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders in the acquisition community such as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy's office for Research Development and Aquisition (RDA) and/or Acquisition Business Management (ABM).
You will advise management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
You will utilize a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (DA-05) or (GS-12/13) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
