You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Air System Group, System Safety and Air Systems Integration Department, Air Systems Integration Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will manage project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
You will ensure the quality of its Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements provided by personnel; provide for personnel training and development necessary to prepare individuals to successfully support cognizant programs.
You will ensure fiscal management by observing and applying STRL position management and classification principles, analyzing, monitoring, and reducing costs.
You will prepare and manage budgets for programs and ensuring system support during deployment, operation, and sustainment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (NM-04) or grade level (GS-13/14)
in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Demonstrating working knowledge of concepts, theories, and practices of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements necessary to create and establish innovative and effective program policies and procedures for air vehicle systems; 2) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 3) Coordinating and/or assigning work assignments to subordinates, based on organizational priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments, and/or capabilities of employees; 4) Making written and oral presentations for the stakeholders on project status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs; and 5) Preparing and managing budgets for programs and ensuring system support during deployment, operation, and sustainment.
