You will serve as a INOFMRATION TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY OF INTEREST MANAGER in the INFORMATION WORKFORACE DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as an expert analyst and senior advisor to the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Senior Executive lead for the Information Workforce and the DC I Deputy C4 Director within the Information Workforce Division.
You will serve as a Senior Analyst, subject matter expert (SME), and functional manager for the Marine Corps Information Technology (IT) Community of Interest (COI) (IT-COI).
You will plans, coordinate, promulgate and apply objectives, strategies, programs, and standards to ensure the Marine Corps recruits, develops and retains the IT workforce necessary to support the mission.
You will provide high-level, sophisticated analyses, research, and evaluation of a wide variety of civilian personnel programs to give the Community of Interest (COI) Leader independent assessments of strategic importance.
You will determine and apply analytical tools to conduct in-depth analysis to identify, quantify, and evaluate the mutual effects and interrelationships between program goals and financial resources and policies.
You will prepare and submit funding proposals for Headquarters Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs' use in preparing various budget submissions.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrated ability to formulate objectives and priorities in order to implement plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values; AND establishes goals and strategies while coordinating with other organizations or parts of the organization and monitors progress and outcomes.
