You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.

Duties

You will serve as the Corporate Business Office Division Head within the Corporate Operations Department. You will be responsible for executing and coordinating business activities for the Command to include overseeing issues, planning, and execution progress and status. will work with the Corporate Operations Department Head and Command Business Director in providing connectivity between Business Departments and Technical Departments for business functions and insight through data analytics. You will supervise the functions within corporate planning; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office; metrics, analysis, and data calls; and records management, forms and directives for the Command. You will provide senior and executive level briefings and white papers to command leadership and higher headquarters. You will coordinate business activities for Corona Division to include providing oversight on Corporate Business Office policies, programs and processes. You will manage and ensure execution of all Capital Investment Program (CIP) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) reviews and reporting requirements. You will establish objectives, set priorities, use internal controls, goal setting techniques, delegation, and team building to effectively manage.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating corporate business operations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) reports or information to lead, develop, and implement business analytics plans, processes, and metrics in support of mission requirements.
