Duties
You will develop strategic plans for information technology (IT) portfolio management (e.g., IT infrastructure, resources, capital planning process).
You will analyze current business plans and future technology and assets to create an end-state architecture or solution.
You will modify information technology (IT) plans and policies in response to changes in regulatory requirements.
You will assess the integration of new technology into enterprise architecture to maintain compatibility.
You will implement data management programs (e.g., data mining, data warehousing, or similar programs) to support the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data.
You will advise employees on information technology (IT) program goals and objectives.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, developing and deploying information systems into an adaptive, enterprise-wide, integrated uniform business system; 2) Providing authoritative advice and expertise in areas of Information Technology (IT) Portfolio Management , Information Management (IM) Strategic Planning, and capital planning and investment strategies; 3) Standardizing, aligning, synchronizing and developing IT frameworks to link systems, applications, processes and multiple users; and 4) Functioning as project manager to initiate, plan, execute, monitor , control and close complex IT related projects. Also, your experience in the information technology field must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
