You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business Operations Division (Code 1160) of the Corporate Operations Department (Code 1100) in the of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER. Salary Clarification: GS-11: $82,633-$107,421 GS-12: $99,044-$128,752

Duties

You will be responsible for measuring, tracking, monitoring and reports on business processes to provide recommendations for operational goals, changes and improvements. You will prepare, analyze and track metrics that measure command business performance. You will conduct perform management studies and surveys across command organization lines. You will communicate complex information across various audiences from peers to senior leadership. You will coordinate and provide customer support to those requiring assistance with Business Operations Division related products and services.

Qualifications

For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis by identifying, monitoring and tracking command and department level metrics to improve utilization of resources. For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Applying qualitative and quantitative analysis by identifying, monitoring and tracking command and department level metrics to assess program effectiveness and efficiency.
