About the Position: These positions are under the supervision of the Combat Service and Combat Services Support Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Directorate. he referral list(s) generated by this announcement may be used to fill future vacancies in other organizations throughout the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) in Warren, MI.
Duties
Formulate plans and policies to achieve the maximum cost effective complete life cycle and Economic Useful Life (EUL) for Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) fleet.
Coordinate with other services to assure their Tactical Wheeled Vehicle (TWV) programs are identified.
Ensure quantitative requirements are included in the Structure and Composition System (SACS) file, system and vehicle priorities are consistent, and required vehicle is supplied and supported.
Collect and maintain data of fleet age, Economic Useful Life (EUL), production, configuration management, readiness, sustainment, recap, reset, overhaul, and divestiture.
Conduct research and analysis using the on-line databases and present leadership with research results and possible courses of action for future procurement and sustainment decisions.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) developing logistics support documents and plans; 2) working with multifunctional logistics management personnel to meet organizational goals; 3) analyzing logistic problems to develop recommendations; 4) and maintaining data of fleet age, economic useful life, production, configuration management, readiness, sustainment, recap, reset, overhaul, or divestiture. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
