You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AVIATION, TRAINING AND STANDARDIZATION DEPARTMENT of CNATRA.
Duties
You will provide direct customer support for managed Curriculum and Training Content Configuration Management {CM) and Training Change Request {TCR) education/support responsibilities.
You will execute mission-aligned education and aviation training tasks for the organization.
You will perform configuration management assignments to formally document and control the functional and physical characteristics of a training system or product during its life cycle.
You will coordinate with other departments, including the Curriculum Coordinator and Ground Training Officer (GTO) to resolve issues associated with authorized curricula and courseware.
You will ensure all configuration management tasks take into consideration the overall data strategy of the organization to meet the requirements and demands of the Quality Metrics Program.
You will research and recommend procedures that improve the training process of the corporate management application system; as related to configuration management.
You will recommend solutions and procedures to include the necessary tasks to achieve high quality data input, taking into consideration other systems/software utilized for other purposes.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing education and aviation training tasks for a Navy aviation command, including assisting with inventory and maintenance of Configuration Management (CM) processes for training management systems in support of Navy aviation mission requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if relatedOr a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
