About the Position: The US Army Aviation and Missile Command Deputy COS, G4 Redstone Arsenal, Al 35898 ABCAAA. Duties

Serves as a Program Support Specialist in the G-4 (Logistics), Sparkman Management Office (SMO), responsible for performing various program support work for the accomplishment of mission and functions of multiple programs of the G-4. Advises the supervisor on the technical aspects of office administration by providing advice and recommendations to the staff. Monitors assigned activities, projects, and reports ensuring they are in conformance with program goals and policies. Conducts fact-finding to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal work operations and the responsiveness of services provided by contractors. Gathers and analyzes organizational data for physical space requirements. Develops reports in the form of matrixes, schematics, charts and narratives to reflect options and recommendations.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
